Further write everything that will give you restriction in food. For example, you will be able to wear short skirts again, you will be envied by your fuller girlfriends, you will become again attractive to the spouse and other. The more pluses you will find, the it will be simpler to refuse to you food. Daily (it is possible directly since morning) read all list. It will help to make your will power more reliable.

3. Hang up on the photo fridge. It can be the photo of the slender person or, on the contrary, very corpulent. In either case, in the fridge you will look less often.

4. Write down all your small and large victories in the diary. For example, you have dumped one more kilogram or could put on old skirt. It will inspire you on the following achievements. From reverse side of notebook write all the failures. For example, that you could not refuse cake or have eaten excess candy.

5. In the same notebook create the list of what will give you pleasure. For example, purchase of new blouse, rest in night club, session of massage or trip to the resort. As soon as you had had trouble and there was desire "to jam" problem, open this page and carry out one of the desires.

6. Create one more list of smaller pleasures. And as soon as you will very strongly want to eat, execute one of the desires.
