6. Menu of the sixth day diyetyzavtrak: porridge on milk, tea. Lunch: broth from low-fat grades of fish with greens, portion of boiled rice, 150 gr boiled fish. Dinner: the sea cabbage salad filled with small amount of vegetable oil, boiled egg. Green tea.

7. Menu of the seventh day diyetyzavtrak: the fat-free yogurt, green tea with honey. Lunch: rice vegetables and greens soup, cottage cheese casserole. Dried fruits compote. Dinner: 200 gr skim cheese, glass of kefir.
