1. For a start try "to be adjusted" on beauty, actually ugly women are not enough. Most often they just are not able and do not like to look after themselves. But if you are ready to make some efforts to improve the appearance, so you not from their number. If take a detached view of yourself, then analyze merits and demerits. The first should be allocated, and – to mask the second.

2. The first step on the way to beauty – correction of bearing. Remember that when men look at the woman, at first their look falls not on the person, and on all shape: on camp, figure and gait. 6. Every day within 10 minutes carry out cosmetic gymnastics.
