It is required to you

·         - 3% hydrogen peroxide

·         - ashes

·         - the bleaching toothpaste

·         - baking soda

·         - activated carbon

Instruction

1. Has perfectly proved hydrogen peroxide in bleaching of teeth. For this method it is necessary to add 20 drops of peroxide to 50 g of water. Ready solution to rinse mouth after each toothbrushing. After the end of procedure it is recommended to rinse mouth clear water. It is also possible to moisten cotton pad or cotton ball with peroxide of hydrogen and to wipe teeth before cleaning with toothpaste. After you wipe teeth with peroxide and brush them, it is also necessary to rinse carefully mouth water.

2. Also perfectly ordinary wood ashes bleach teeth. Just take the sifted ashes on finger and carefully rub in teeth. Ashes can be replaced with activated carbon which has the same bleaching properties. It is necessary to grind one tablet of activated carbon, to dip toothbrush into the turned-out powder and to clean it teeth. Also ground coal can be added directly to toothpaste at each toothbrushing.
