Everyone dreams of beautiful and snow-white teeth, but, unfortunately, bleaching of teeth in dental clinics is very expensive procedure. Fortunately, teeth can be bleached in house conditions by means of inexpensive make-shifts.
It is required to you
· - 3% hydrogen peroxide
· - ashes
· - the bleaching toothpaste
· - baking soda
· - activated carbon
Instruction
1. Has perfectly proved hydrogen peroxide in bleaching
of teeth. For this method it is necessary to add 20 drops of peroxide to 50 g
of water. Ready solution to rinse mouth after each toothbrushing. After the end
of procedure it is recommended to rinse mouth clear water. It is also possible
to moisten cotton pad or cotton ball with peroxide of hydrogen and to wipe
teeth before cleaning with toothpaste. After you wipe teeth with peroxide and
brush them, it is also necessary to rinse carefully mouth water.
2. Also perfectly ordinary wood ashes bleach teeth.
Just take the sifted ashes on finger and carefully rub in teeth. Ashes can be
replaced with activated carbon which has the same bleaching properties. It is
necessary to grind one tablet of activated carbon, to dip toothbrush into the
turned-out powder and to clean it teeth. Also ground coal can be added directly
to toothpaste at each toothbrushing.

of usual baking soda. Add a little soda to toothpaste and you brush teeth. Soda
is recommended to be used not more often than once a week since it can injure
gums and promotes destruction of tooth enamel.
