How to clean octopus

4. Skin from fresh octopus very difficult is removed.

6. From octopus it is possible to prepare huge number
of dishes. This meat is perfectly combined with onions, garlic, tomatoes,
lemon, olive oil, rice, wine and soy sauce. The octopus not only is good in
salads, he is magnificent as main course. For example, try to prepare shish
kebab from octopus or extinguish it in red wine.
