How to increase breast without plastics
Something is not pleasant to most of women in the appearance. Especially to owners of too small breast. It becomes the reason of different psychological frustration. To increase bust measurement, without resorting to plastics, it is possible by means of number of physical exercises and traditional medicine.
Instruction
1. Because of absence in breast of muscle tissue, it
cannot be "pumped up" as, for example, muscles of hands or
press on stomach. But it can be increased at the expense of fatty
tissue. It occurs, for example, after pregnancy and childbirth, together with the general increase in
body weight. But to get fat is not option. Do the exercises which are
listed below, at home or in the gym. They are directed to the general
strengthening of muscles of back and including thorax.
2. Lying on spin (on sports bench), put legs on floor.
Take in both hands on kilogram dumbbell. It is necessary to lift dumbbells up
and to lower smoothly to breast, at the same time elbows get divorced in the
parties.
3. Get up directly and put legs at shoulder length.
Make inclination to take two-kilogram dumbbell in hand. Other hand rely on
sitting of chair. Slowly raise hand from dumbbells as it is possible above and
slowly lower. Then it is worth tightening dumbbell to breast and at the same
time to take away elbow back.
4. Put legs at shoulder length. Take in each hand on
two-kilogram dumbbell. Extend hands before yourself palms up. Bend hands in
elbows and touch by hands of shoulders.
5. Standing in the same situation as it is described
above, execute exercises with dumbbells which are called "scissors".
6. Get up to wall and rest against it hands. Bending elbows, you part them to the left and to the right. At the same time it is necessary strongly to cave in and try to touch by wall breast.
