How to insert contact lenses
Contact lenses - the modern invention allowing people to adjust sight. Unlike points, lenses do not mist over, do not spoil appearance and do not prevent to do active sports. The main inconvenience arises during putting on of contact lenses - not at all it turns out to do it at once quickly and dexterously.
Instruction
1. Carefully wash up hands with soap. It is better to use usual solid or liquid soap without addition of cream which is badly washed away and can get on lens. Put on lenses over surface that the lens accidentally has not fallen to floor. It is the most convenient to do it at table. Previously wash up and wipe it.
2. Try to be trained in front of the mirror to hold eye opened and without blinking to watch forward while your clean fingers approach cornea. You do not look at fingers during the trainings - you can touch eyeball and cause dacryagogue.
3. Accurately take out lens from container or bottle and take it big and index fingers. Make sure that it is not damaged and on it there are no small motes. Check that the lens has not been turned inside out. In form it has to remind drinking bowl of the correct form which edges are turned up. Moisten it with sterile solution or wash out if it is necessary.
4. Widely open the right eye and the left hand delay lower eyelid down to cheek. You look forward, but not at lens. Forefinger lay lens on skler of eye and be convinced that it has risen under cornea. If the lens does not fall, carefully take away finger.
5. Close eyes and lower vglyad down, then make rotary motions eyeballs and several times blink. Check whether accurately you see. In case of slipping of lens improve its situation fingers at the closed or open centuries. If the lens has dropped out, wash out it in sterile solution and do the procedure once again.
6. In the same way put on lens the left eye. Do not confuse lens among themselves, especially if they different optical power. Use container with tags of R (right) and L (left).
7. If you feel burning, discomfort, and your eyes have reddened, remove contact lenses and address the ophthalmologist. Perhaps, your lens is damaged and it urgently should be replaced. Carrying the spoiled lens is inadmissible - it can damage cornea and lead to inflammatory disease of eyes.
