Conventional attitudes can be considered in many aspects. On the one hand, it is a synonym of the official relations, it is applied to the description of the partnership between several people fixed by some framework and rules. For example, in a workplace it is necessary to adhere to conventional attitudes. The relations informal which need to be avoided, on the contrary, at work, especially at communication of heads and subordinates will be a counterbalance to them. Everyone in such family has the role and a sort of duties which should be carried out. That behavior to which he has to follow is attributed to each family member. The officiality and following to rules and traditions becomes a main goal of the similar relations. The speech about heat and mutual understanding, a joint cheerful sit-round gathering and the loving relation in such families, of course, too does not go.

How to avoid conventional attitude in family

You should not treat too strictly members of household and to transfer the attitude towards them from other sphere of life. The people they not subordinated, and loving, the most expensive for each other therefore in family it is necessary to allow them to be such what they are. It is worth looking at family from a different angle: it optional has to be ideal, there will be enough already fact that parents and children will be able to tell each other about the pleasures and experiences, to discuss interesting events, to spend time together and with pleasure. It is very important that all family members could express the opinion and knew that them can listen and accept their point of view. It is good if parents trust children, to be interested in their life and progress, to allow them to take part in family councils. It will strengthen trust in family, will make it stronger, and the relations less formal.
